Reconstruction of Air System for Hematite Indurating in Risteel 0.6 Million t/a Grate-kiln Pellet Production Line

The two 0.6 Million t/a pellet production lines of Risteel were originally designed for indurating magnetite pellet,after the financial crisis in 2008,in order to decrease cost and increase benefits,the Brazil hematite proportion was increased gradually.Due to the change of raw material type,a series of problems occurred in balling and indurtating system,through cause analysis,corresponding reconstruction scheme was adopted,and the pellet production was in smooth operation.
