Analysis on dynamic characteristics of non-linear vibration isolation system for marine diesel generator

With the instruction of computational dynamics of multi-body systems,and under the background of shock resistance study on marine diesel generator,the multi-body dynamics systems of diesel generator and linear vibration isolation system were modeled and verified by diesel vibration intensity experiments.On these bases,the non-linear vibration isolation system was constructed,then,its dynamic characteristics were analyzed when the diesel generator working in rated condition and under impact loads respectively.The results indicate that the effect of the non-linear vibration isolation system is better than that of the linear vibration isolation system.Comparing with the mathematic method,the modeling and solving method in the paper can be more easily realized.The method can be widely used in the process of model selection and vibration isolators installation,in the parametric design and optimization,and in the shock resistance study of other mechanisms.
