The conductive wheels are added in the device so that whether leakage happens or not can be judged by directly measuring the potential difference between the two conductive wheels, the movable electricity geomembrane leakage detection device has the beneficial effects of being convenient to operate, high in detection efficiency and small in detection error, meanwhile, the conductive wheels can be used as rolling wheels, during measurement, the transverse rod is held by the hand to be matched with the conductive wheels to walk and advance, and labor force is saved.
