The invention provides a movable electricity geomembrane leakage detection device which comprises a support. The movable electricity geomembrane leakage detection device is characterized by comprising a transverse rod and stand columns arranged at the two ends of the transverse rod correspondingly; the transverse rod is provided with a measurement instrument fixing frame which is provided with an electricity leakage detection instrument; a PVC shaft is arranged at the bottom end of the support; conductive wheels are arranged at the two ends of the PVC shaft correspondingly; detection electrodes are arranged below the two stand columns of the support correspondingly; the detection electrodes are connected with the electricity leakage detection instrument through wires located in the stand columns correspondingly; and the detection electrodes are further connected with the conductive wheels corresponding to the detection electrodes. The conductive wheels are added in the device so that whether leakage happens or not can be judged by directly measuring the potential difference between the two conductive wheels, the movable electricity geomembrane leakage detection device has the beneficial effects of being convenient to operate, high in detection efficiency and small in detection error, meanwhile, the conductive wheels can be used as rolling wheels, during measurement, the transverse rod is held by the hand to be matched with the conductive wheels to walk and advance, and labor force is saved.
