An improved acid polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis method and its application in germ plasm resources analysis

The method of polyacrylamid electrophoresis in acid environment is improved. Using this method, the gliadin of several wheat, rye and triticale is analyzed. The result shows there are significant differences between each varieties. This method can be used in variety identification and germ plasm analysis not only for wheat but also for rye.
