The present invention relates to a portable device for pulling the spine of a patient. The device comprises an arc drive (4) attachable to the patient's skull by means cranial pin (3) insertable in the skull, said arc is attached to a movable base (9) slidably mounted on guides (2) connecting said mobile base with a fixed base (11) suitable for placing the patient thereon, and wherein a sliding movement of the movable base with respect to the fixed base allows traction of the spine of the patient.
