Development of NTC Thermistor Materials Applied to Wide Range Temperatures

Taking Rare earth oxide(Y_2O_3,CrO_3,MnO_2) as basis material,using solid-state reaction synthesize new NTC material,the materials have two phases aY_2O_3 -bYCr_(0.5)Mn_(0.5)O_3(a+b = 1) which may permit it obtaining of such performances, Their resistivity at 25℃can be in the range 1.0 MΩ·cm to 50 MΩ·cm,B coefficient value ranges from 3 500 K to 5 500 K (25~700℃),and from 6 500 K to 8 500 K(700~1 000℃).
