Artful Integrations of Infrastructures by Community-based Telecoms.

This one-day workshop considers the experiences of communities that own and operate their own telecoms systems. We will reflect on what communities do, when deploying, running and adopting telecoms, to tackle infrastructures, or taken for granted arrangements, that were not set-up to support them, for instance telecommunications laws.
