A Clinical Research of Anhydrous Ethanol Tumor Injection for Primary Liver Cancer under the Guide of CT

Objective To investigate effect of anhydrous ethanol tumor injection for primary liver cancer under the guide of CT.Methods 144 primary liver cancer cases are divided into two groups randomly, one group use anhydrous ethanol tumor injection, the other group use synthetical therapy, the difference effect was compared between the two groups.Results The survival rates of 1 year and 3 years of group1 and group2 are 79.2%, 80.6% and 41.7%, 38.9% respectively (P0.05).There is no severe complication after anhydrous ethanol tumor injection.Conclusion There is no significant difference in survival rate of 1 and 3 years between the two groups, but the way of anhydrous ethanol tumor injection has the advantage of simpler manipulation,less chance of complication, lower medical charge, and easily accepted by patients.
