Ga-67 citrate scintigraphy in the diagnosis of primary hepatic lymphoma.

A 50-year-old man was hospitalized with right upper quadrant pain. An abdominal ultrasound showed multiple tumors in the liver, and metastases were suspected. Abdominal computed tomography showed multiple, low-density tumors with peripheral ringlike enhancement in the liver. Ga-67 imaging showed multiple areas of increased uptake in the liver. A liver biopsy showed malignant lymphoma.
