1598: La universidad venezolana y los inicios de la democracia representativa

espanolSe presenta una aproximacion, al estudio del debate politico y del desarrollo de politicas para la educacion superior venezolana, para los inicios de la democracia representativa en 1958, a fin de analizar las connotaciones de las relaciones entre el trinomio Universidad � Estado � Sociedad. Se estudia ademas el fenomeno de la transformacion que para entonces se produjo en la educacion superior, considerando sus origenes, causas y consecuencias. El presente analisis, busca ofrecer elementos para la discusion del diseno e implementacion de las politicas para el sistema de educacion superior, desde el acercamiento a sus antecedentes historicos y politicos, ademas de brindar aportes significativos para la comprension y reconstruccion teorica sobre la dinamica del sistema de educacion superior y su relevancia en el diseno de politicas educativas. EnglishAn approach appears, to the study of the political debate and the development of policies for the ýVenezuelan high education, for the beginnings of the representative democracy in 1958, in order to analyze the connotations of the relations between University � State � Society. The phenomenon to the transformation studies in addition that by then took place in the high education, considering its origins, causes and consequences. The present analysis, looks for to offer elements for the discussion of the design and implementation of the policies for the system of high education, from the approach to their historical and political antecedents, besides to offer to significant contributions for the understanding and theoretical reconstruction on the dynamics of the system of high education and its relevance in the design of educative policies
