STUDY ON THE SOLID PHASE STRUCTURE OF POLYPROPYLENE REACTOR BLENDS

Polypropylene catalloy was synthesized directly in reactor,which with special chain structure and supper impact strength.For the special synthetic method,its solid phase structure may be different from others. So the solid phase structure of polypropylene catalloy was studied by optical microscope and WAXD.The results indicated that the crystallinity,crystal type of polypropylene are partly changed because of the coexistence of EPR,EP copolymers and PP. There appears a γ \|PP crystal when the EP copolymer amount in PP alloy is 17 18%.
