Choque cardiogênico, evolução clínica imediata e seguimento

The aim of this study was to analyze the evolution of patients admitted in an intensive care unit with doagnosis of cardiogenic shock. It used a rigorous diagnosis protocol evaluation and it analyzed the evolution in hospital and late outcomes. The patients were going divided into two groups. The first constituted of patients with coronary acute disease and the second for patients with cardiomyopathy. The hospital mortality was similar in the two groups. The patients with coronary artery disease submitted to revascularization procedures had a better long-term evolution. The patients with myocardiopathy had high mortality rate at the end of a year
