Elastomer types and amounts, organic filler amounts, process facilitators amounts and inorganic substance quantities can be determined. This information will help you determine the masterbatch formulation of the blend. The subject which is not clear but important here is the vulcanization system and the determination of the vulcanization system requires different techniques. In this project, we will try to analyze '' 4- (2-benzothiazolylthio) morpholine '' in an unknown elastomer formulation with GC / MS-Pyrolise apparatus using extraction method. In this regard, a method has been developed to identify the sulfonamide group from the organic accelerator groups in the elastomer formulation.
