La relación entre la comunicación formal e informal en las organizaciones: Un estudio de caso (The relation between formal communication and informal communication: A case study)

2008
In this work it is indicated and assumed that the communication is an activity with substantial to the life of the organization, but the communication is not necessary to understand it solely like the support that sustains the different activities from the organization but to see it like a resource, an asset that there is to manage. It is a fact that the communication occurs within all organization, the human being is a being eager to know where he is, and the information on the company that allows him to be able also to be located in the future. If one knows what is happening, can be acted according to the best interests, the absence of information in the organization creates uncertainty, tension and frustration. The interesting thing is that if the communication does not occur in the formal scope, always anyway, it will occur in the informal scope: the employees generate it. People need to communicate and if they dot not find the formal channels open, they create the information with base in a fractional way, in suppositions or in which they listen to an official source becomes to be "the frightful" phenomenon of the informal communication.
