Применение сочетанной ксеноновой и эпидуральной анестезии у онкогинекологических пациенток с метаболическим синдромом

Results of the effect of combined xenon and epidural anesthesia on the glycemia level during surgical treatment of gynecological cancer patients with metabolic syndrome were presented. The study included 29 patients who underwent surgery under combination of xenon and epidural anesthesia. The control group consisted of 31 who underwent surgery with sevorane in combination with epidural anesthesia. The results of the study showed stable levels of glucose and insulin in the entire perioperative period in patients with xenon anesthesia as compared to patients with sevorane anesthesia.
