Interfaces semi-conducteur-electrolyte: Correlations entre le potentiel de bande plate et les echelles d'electronegativite

Abstract We have tried to correlate the flat band potential of a semi-conductor with the electronegativity scales. From this correlation the value of the flat band potential for new compounds could be deduced.
