Comparison of methods of quantitative analysis of phase synchronization according to test data modeling non-stationary signals of biological nature

A comparison is made of the methods for studying the phase synchronization of strongly unsteady systems. Methods were compared in the analysis of artificial test data modeling non-stationary signals of biological nature. The range of free parameters of the methods is determined, which ensures the best sensitivity and specificity of the methods.
