Abstract Fabry cardiomyopathy can cause symptomatic left ventricular outflow tract obstruction. We review a case of Fabry cardiomyopathy mimicking hypertrophic cardiomyopathy on echocardiography with severe left ventricular outflow tract obstruction treated with ventricular septal myectomy.
