Clima laboral en el sector florícola, del cantón Latacunga.

The present work of qualification has been realized in view of the lack of a model of labor climate in the floricultural ones and the consequences derived from the same one, having as objective to developing strategies that the work environment in the floricultural sector in Latacunga Canton, through an evaluation of the dimensions and intervening factors. Therefore, field research was carried out, framed in a deductive methodology, with a positivist paradigm. The research design used was of a non experimental nature since it examined and showed the results of the workers’ perception of the working climate in their company, which helped to observe that the floriculturists do not use any strategy that strengthens this issue. This analysis was carried out in two companies of the canton selected with the simple random probability sampling technique, with a sample of 123 people (45 people from company X and 78 people from company Y), obtained after applying the formula for finite populations. The results obtained in the investigation were that, the floriculture companies have an inconvenient organizational climate, since of the ten dimensions investigated, all the factors have been qualified as very low according to the parameters of the ECO IV Survey; therefore, it was proposed to strategy plan for strengthening each of the dimensions
