LOCA/post-LOCA aging effects on TMI-2 cable/connector components

Laboratory evaluation tests were performed on TMI-2 in-core thermocouple and self-powered-neutron detector (SPND) cable samples removed from containment. Although outer jackets were breached, individual conductor insulation specimens maintained good functional properties during water bath tests, previously considered a primary candidate for impairment.
