On Difficulties and measures of Implementation of “double-certificates” System in Higher Vocational Colleges

The "double certificates" system is the higher vocational education to meet the business requirements for the system of employment protection,also an important opportunity to deepen the reform and, accelerate the development of higher vocational education.In view of the present higher vocational colleges "double certificates" system of some problems,analysis of the causes,this paper introduces the practical significance of the system,and combined with the school situation solutions are put forward.
