A weld-seam ultrasonic wave automatic detection system for in-service steel pipe towers of power transmission

A weld-seam ultrasonic wave automatic detection system for in-service steel pipe towers of power transmission is disclosed. The system comprises a longitudinal scanning vehicle and a circumferential scanning vehicle which are respectively used for scanning of longitudinal weld seams and circumferential weld seams. The circumferential scanning vehicle is mounted on the longitudinal scanning vehicle, and is separated from the longitudinal scanning vehicle when arriving positions of the circumferential weld seams, thus achieving independent scanning of the circumferential weld seams. The system is high in automation degree, capable of meeting all-covered automatic scanning detection requirements for the longitudinal and circumferential weld seams, high in detection efficiency and stable and reliable in detection results.
