User Experience of Social Network Based on a Cross-Platform Background

The concept of cross-platform experience was put forward through user experience, social network theory, and user interviews. The research obtained four impacting elements of group experience: seamless connection, intelligent computation, evoking emotions and privacy. By questionnaire survey on Sina Weibo, different user traits of cross-platform experience were studied. Finally, the conclusion on group users experience system was drawn from qualitative to quantitative aspects.
