Research on the Job Satisfaction in the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Low degree of job satisfaction is one of the key difficulties that most of small and medium-sized enterprises have to face.The essay analyses the reasons for the low degree of job satisfaction,for example,human resources management system,administrators' quality,and changing component of their employees.Based on this,the article offers related strategies to increase degree of job satisfaction,which are emphasizing the concept of learning,constructing corporate culture,paying more attention to the career development of their employees,establishing fair salary system and harmonious relationship between labor and capital.
