A Studying of Gasoline Flow through Sand by Changing the Diameter of Cylindrical Reservoir

2017
We have studied the relationship between gasoline flows through sand by changing the bed porosity and diameter of Cylindrical Reservoir to produce a new mathematical model depends on experimental results. Measured the diameter for the three bottles (6, 9 and 11 cm), and measured different porosity types of earth reservoir volume percent (10%, 30%, 50%, 70% and 90%) against adsorption of gasoline. Proposed mathematical model gives high ability to predicate optimum conditions. Considering pressure, temperature, wettability…etc. are as constants. We proved that theoretical and experimental results in the extra experiment to give us the best optimum conditions for bed are 7% and 6 cm diameter of cylindrical bottles as reservoir.
