Carding apparatus and method for maintaining prescribed moving state between plural rotary members in textile machine

PURPOSE: To maintain the operating state of plural rotary members of a spinning machine or the like when the supply of energy from a main energy source is stopped by regenerating the energy from the main cylinder of a card and supplying the regenerated energy to a unit not satisfied with the required energy. CONSTITUTION: This method for eliminating the damage by a fed power source during operation of a textile machine such as a spinning machine comprises, when the supply of a main energy source is stopped, allowing a motor M to act as a generator by the inertia force and to regenerate the energy, when the number of revolution of the motor M for driving the card main cylinder is regulated by the system of converting an alternating current supplied from an electric source N to a direct current by a rectifier G, and reconverting the direct current to the alternating current by a chopper circuit Z to control the number of revolution of the motor M. The regenerated energy is transmitted to a unit not having sufficient energy required for maintaining the operating state to maintain the prescribed operating state among plural rotary members in the spinning machine.
