Study of Excited $$\Lambda _{b}^{0}$$ States in the CMS Experiment

2021
Using the data acquired in the CMS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) within 2016—2018, beautiful baryons decaying into $$\Lambda _{b}^{0}{{\pi }^{ + }}{{\pi }^{ - }}$$ are studied. The existence of the $${{\Lambda }_{b}}{{(5912)}^{0}}$$ , $${{\Lambda }_{b}}{{(5920)}^{0}}$$ , $${{\Lambda }_{b}}{{(6146)}^{0}}$$ , and $${{\Lambda }_{b}}{{(6152)}^{0}}$$ states is confirmed and their masses are measured.
