Development of an Embedded Time Interval Counter

A newly developed embedded time interval counter,which can be applied to user's epuipment or timing systems as a function module for high-precision time measuring,is introduced.The pricinple,functions,hardware and software for the counter are discussed in greater detail.A computer software program for debugging the counter,which was developed during the process of counter developing and can be provided to the users,is introduced briefly.The design target for the counter and some experiment data are presented.
