The invention discloses a method for ontrack deep discharging of cadmium-nickle storage batteries, wherein during the controlling of the charging and discharging of cadmium-nickle storage batteries, the charging of cadmium-nickle storage batteries can be stopped in the situation of underfilling through setting conditions(owing Delta Q); after cadmium-nickle storage batteries are transferred to the discharging mode, as the amount of discharging does not change, the discharging depth of cadmium-nickle storage batteries is increased; and in the next charging process, conditions are set again for cadmium-nickle storage batteries to charge more Delta Q so as to make up the amount owing, and then the deep discharging is finished. The method disclosed by the invention overcomes the problem that the existing V-T curve control method is hard to carry out ontrack activation on the spacecraft cadmium-nickle storage batteries by adopting deep discharging, and the discharging depth can be adjusted. The method is suitable for various cadmium-nickle storage batteries for spacecraft, which is controlled by adopting a volt-ammeter, and the ontrack service life of cadmium-nickle storage batteries is efficiently prolonged.
