Análise Quantitativa de Produtos Naturais em Plantas por CL-EM

2016
Plants are important sources of foods and are used in traditional medicine to prevent various diseases. The quantification of the main active principles of plants serves for quality control of the formulations with them. Gas chromatography (GC) and liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection (LC-UV) have been used widely; however, these techniques have been replaced by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), mainly due to increased sensitivity. Thus, this study approached the quantification of natural products in plants by LC-MS focusing in the main analyzers, triple quadrupole and their hybrids . DOI: 10.5935/1984-6835.20160014
