Fe2O3/凹凸棒土吸附-光催化法处理间氯甲苯工业废水研究

Attapulgite was modified by acidification, and main factors such as modification condition, dosage, solution pH value and time of adsorption were studied for adsorption efficiency of attapulgite. Under optimum adsorption conditions(dosage of modified attapulgite was 0.500g/25mL, waste water pH=4, and time of adsorption was 4h), with a HCl concentration of 4mol/L and a calcination temperature of 400℃, the removal rate of COD was improved from 2.2% to 14.1%. Nano-iron oxide/attapulgite was synthesized by maceration, and then characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Experiment results showed that the composite photocatalyst was mainly consisted ofα-Fe2O3. In addition, When treating m-chlorobenzne containing waste water by iron oxide/attapulgite adsorption-photocatalysis method, the removal rate of COD could reach 59.2% and 52.3% when the dosage of catalyst was 2.Og/L, pH=2, and the time of ultraviolet radiation or sunlight was 6h. The results indicated that the photocatalytic activity of composite photocatalyst was much better than using nanoα-Fe2O alone.
