The invention discloses cigarette paper with rice-paper pulp fiber, which is characterized by comprising the following components by weight: 20-35 parts of calcium carbonate filler, 0.5-5% of cigarette paper additive, 1.0-40% of rice-paper pulp fiber, 10-60% of hardwood pulp fiber and 5.0-30% of softwood pulp fiber. The foreign flavor and aroma fineness, the spreading sense, the irritation, the aftertaste and the like of the cigarette wrapped by the cigarette paper are improved, and particularly the aroma and the aftertaste are improved significantly.
