A lug boss is fixedly arranged on a drilling tool main body, and a supporter for axial stressing is arranged below the lug boss so that the drilling tool is suspended on the supporter. In the invention, because the drilling tool main body is supported through the supporter arranged below the lug boss, the drilling tool main body is avoided from stressing in the axial direction, and the supporter is not in contact with the drilling tool main body at the time; and the device of the invention is different from the traditional slips which bear the weight of the drilling tool by means of the friction force between a dental plate and the drilling tool and does not damage the drilling tool.
