Deviation rectifying method for inclined building on cement mixing pile composite foundation

2015
The invention discloses a deviation rectifying method for an inclined building on a cement mixing pile composite foundation. The deviation rectifying method is characterized by including the following steps of 1, hole distributing, wherein small holes are inclined, and the hole forming depth positions of the inclined small holes are located at the positions 1-2 m below the pile ends of cement mixing piles; 2, tapping, wherein small hole passageways are formed through a high-pressure jet grouting drilling machine, and reinforcing pipe fittings are arranged on the upper sections of the small hole passageways to enhance the hole walls and protect the small hole passageways; 3, soil drawing-out, wherein soil drawing-out is conducted on a selected soft soil layer position, soil is discharged from the small hole passageways in a mud form through high-pressure water jetting, and the building is subjected to deviation rectifying gradually in the process; and 4, hole sealing, wherein after deviation rectifying meets expected requirements, each small hole passageway is filled with original soil materials and sand, and meanwhile cement slurry or cement mortar is used for pouring. The small hole inclined drawing-out technology can be suitable for the cement mixing pile composite foundation, operation is easy, convenient and feasible, and the good deviation rectifying effect can be achieved.
