A movement execution mechanism for a cleaning frame of a high-pressure water cleaning system, solving problems of complex structure, short service life and the like of the prior moving mechanism of the cleaning frame, comprises a movable ladder stand frame, and a cleaning frame and a driving mechanism installed on the movable ladder stand frame, technical points are as follows: a bottom of a ladder stand girder and a top surface of a handrail beam of the movable ladder stand frame are respectively used as guide rails of moving wheels of the cleaning frame, the driving mechanism fixed to the bottom of the movable ladder stand frame comprises a motor reducing gear and a transmission shaft driven by the driving mechanism, a left coiling block and a right coiling block, which are symmetrically installed on same transmission shaft, a descending pulling cable is coiled on the left coiling block and led out by a cable guider on the left coiling block to be connected with a lower end of the cleaning frame, and an ascending pulling cable is coiled on the right coiling block and led out by the cable guider on the right coiling block to be connected with the upper end of the cleaning frame after penetrating through a fixed pulley at top of the movable ladder stand frame. The mechanism has the advantages of being compact in structure, rational in stress distribution, steady in operating, safe, reliable, low in cost and long in service life.
