Качество молока коров на фоне применения хитозана

2014
The results of the study of physical-chemical and sanitary-hygienic indices of milk on the background of using Chitozan in feeding dairy cows in the period of lactation are submitted. It is ascertained that the above preparation has positive effect on milk composition and quality. The concentration of copper has been reduced at 26.32–31.40%, that of lead and cadmium at 44.30 and 53.80% respectively. The content of total protein, casein lactose and fat in milk has been increased, this being indicative of the improvement of metabolic processes in cow’s organism, and as result, on higher synthesis of milk components. All this led to the improvement of chemical properties of milk. The amount of microbial and somatic cells has been reduced to the normal rate, this pointing to reliable body reserves in cows given Chitozan.
