A Cloud-Based Centralized Smart Electricity Billing and Payment Management System

Energy sources are very important in our day-to-day life. One of the most important energy sources is electricity; we pay for the electricity which we use. As we are living in and around the space of artificial intelligence, we need to develop ourselves to live with artificial intelligence. In past five years, there are many changes took place in the electricity department to provide better services to the consumers. Many of the people suspect that many malpractices are going on in the electricity department while issuing a bill for consumed units and at payment time. To avoid this type of malpractices, we can go with the atomized billing system with artificial intelligence. This artificial intelligence can reduce the usage of paper and manpower too. As it is automatized, it can maintain the accurate time, which follows perfect rules, exact bill and many more flexibilities. In this article, we discuss artificial intelligence, and we propose an idea on how to use this artificial intelligence to avoid the abovementioned malpractices and problems.
