The intelligent pulse generator outputs a pulse wave whose pulse width modulation ratio can be set and adjusted and frequency is between 0.9KHz to 10KHz; and the positive and negative electrodes are connected with positive and negative electrodes of the ion antiperspirant apparatus respectively by using metal conducting wires.
