The invention relates to a high-purity parabromotoluene purification method and belongs to the technical field of the purification process of chemical products. Parabromotoluene and o-bromotuluene are inevitable isomerides in reaction, and the boiling point of parabromotoluene and the boiling point of o-bromotuluene are close so that parabromotoluene and o-bromotuluene can not be refined and separated easily through a conventional distillation, wherein the boiling point of parabromotoluene is 184.3 DEG C, and the boiling point of o-bromotuluene is 181.7 DEG C. According to the high-purity parabromotoluene purification method, difference of melting points of parabromotoluene and o-bromotuluene is used, the melting point of parabromotoluene is 28.5 DEG C, the melting point of o-bromotuluene is -27.8 DEG C, the distillation connection melting crystallization technology is developed, and high-purity parabromotoluene is obtained in one step. A traditional technology which is large in pollution, high in cost and unsafe in essence is broken through.
