The invention relates to a fat removal and health protection beverage which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-23 parts of kiwi fruits, 15-18 parts of konjak, 4-7 parts of bitter gourds, 8-12 parts of barley malts, 3-8 parts of dandelion, 6-10 parts of chrysanthemum, 9-13 parts of a sweetening agent, 0.06-0.09 part of a stabilizing agent, 0.1-0.2 part of a thickening agent and 90-130 parts of deionized water. The sweetening agent consists of honey and rock candies according to the proportion of 1:1; the honey is preferably acacia honey. The fat removal and health protection beverage disclosed by the invention tastes delicious, is a healthy beverage capable of removing fat, reducing weight, clearing heat and reducing internal heat, and has a function of improving immunity; the shortcomings of the conventional commercially available beverage are overcome.
