E 0 strength in C 12 from Li 6 scattering

The ${(}^{6}$Li${,}^{6}$Li') reaction was studied on $^{12}\mathrm{C}$ at ${E}_{\mathrm{Li}=156}$ MeV at extreme forward angles including \ensuremath{\theta}=0\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}. Spectra were taken in the excitation energy region ${E}_{x}$\ensuremath{\lesssim}30 MeV. E0 strength was deduced at ${E}_{x}$=7.65 MeV (9.5% energy weighted sum rule) around ${E}_{x}$=10.2 MeV (5%\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}1% energy weighted sum rule) and in the region 19 MeV\ensuremath{\le}${E}_{x}$\ensuremath{\le}21.5 MeV (5%\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}2% energy weighted sum rule).
