Method for sealing aluminum alloy anode oxide film through laser cladding

2016
The invention provides a method for sealing an aluminum alloy anode oxide film through laser cladding. The method is characterized in that firstly, the aluminum alloy anode oxide film is washed in an ultrasonic wave cleaning device containing ethyl alcohol; and secondly, dedicated aluminum alloy powder is ball-milled into cladding powder with the particle size being 2-10 micrometers, laser cladding treatment is conducted in a sealed chamber filled with argon, and then the aluminum alloy anode oxide film is sealed. According to the method for sealing the aluminum alloy anode oxide film through laser cladding, the dedicated aluminum alloy powder is adopted and molten through the laser cladding technology, and after a complicated metallurgical chemical reaction occurs, the cladding layer formed after rapid setting can effectively seal the aluminum alloy anode oxide film. Hence, the method for sealing the aluminum alloy anode oxide film through laser cladding is high in efficiency, low in cost and capable of improving the compactness of the aluminum alloy anode oxide film by over 98%, thereby greatly improving the decorativeness and the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy anode oxide film and greatly prolonging the service life of the aluminum alloy anode oxide film.
