The invention discloses a kind of methods reducing mud discharging using composite enzyme:(1) 36~39 DEG C of water is mixed with plant enzyme, leaf, fruit, pine nut, soybean residue, soya-bean cake, vegetable oil residue, rice bran and malt sugar, is aerated 25~200 minutes, obtains mixture;In the mixture, plant enzyme accounts for 2~6wt%, leaf accounts for 3~8wt%, fruit accounts for 3~8wt%, pine nut accounts for 0.5~2wt%, soybean residue accounts for 0.5~2wt%, soya-bean cake accounts for 0.5~2wt%, vegetable oil residue accounts for 0.5~2wt%, rice bran accounts for 0.5~2wt% and malt sugar accounts for 0.5~2wt%;By fermented mixture 30~60 days, composite enzyme is obtained;(2) by composite enzyme and waste water 30~150 hours to reduce mud discharging, the dosage of composite enzyme is 0.05~5wt% of sewage load.The method of the present invention can reduce mud discharging.
