Compressed fluid dispensing device activated sleeve, with internal sealing

A dispensing device 10 for dispensing compressed fluids from a container through a valve stem of said container, dispensing device 10 comprising: (a) a hollow tube 20 defining a channel 22 completely through the tube 20 from one end 28 input to a dispensing end 24 opposite; (B) a connector 70 defining a passageway 78 therethrough with one end of duct 78 coupled with the channel 22 of the hollow tube 20 to provide fluid communication through conduit 78 and channel 22 and wherein the opposite end of conduit 78 is designed to connect to a valve stem of a container and (c) a plug 40 located in the channel 22 of the hollow 20 and able to move within the tube, wherein the cap 40 and the hollow tube 20 are coupled the hollow tube 20 in a sealing configuration that seals the channel 22 with respect to fluid flow when the cap 40 toward the dispensing end 24 of the hollow tube 20 is pressed; wherein said dispensing device further comprises (d) a sleeve 30 which at least partially surrounds the hollow tube 20 and having a projection 32 which, when the sleeve 30 is turned, extends through the dispensing end 24 of hollow tube 20 and prevents the plug 40 establishes a sealing configuration with the hollow tube 20 and thereby allows fluid communication from the channel 22 through the dispensing end 24 of the hollow tube 20.
