Inner threaded copper tube structure

2014
The utility model relates to the technical field of heat transfer tubes and discloses an inner threaded copper tube structure. The inner threaded copper tube structure comprises a copper tube body, wherein two groups of spirally-distributed toothed ribs are arranged on the inner wall of the copper tube body; the two groups of toothed ribs comprise toothed ribs I and toothed ribs II; the sections of the toothed ribs I are rectangular structures; the sections of the toothed ribs II are triangular; the cambered surface on which the toothed ribs I are located and the cambered surface on which the toothed ribs II are located account half of a circumference respectively on any section of the copper tube body; an included angle beta between the toothed ribs I, the toothed ribs II and the axis of the copper tube body is 10-45 degrees. Consequently, the inner threaded copper tube structure has the advantages that the refrigerant circulation resistance is effectively reduced, and the heat exchange rate between refrigerants in different parts of the copper tube body is increased, thereby improving the internal and external heat exchange performance of the copper tube body.
