Chinese Dialectical Treatment of Diabetic Patients Complicated with Hypertension

Objective To take a clinical study on the application of Chinese dialectical treatment of diabetic patients with hypertension.Methods 60 outpatients and inpatients from February 2009 to February 2011 in Xinyi Hospital of TCMwere randomized into treatment group and control group.Control group: the basis of antihypertensive therapy + Western hypoglycemic treatment;treatment groups: treatment based on blood glucose blood pressure + medicine + medicine treatment.Results The treatment group of 30 cases had the total efficiency of 93.33%,control group of 30 cases had the total efficiency of 80.00%.The total efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group with statistical significance(P 0.05).Hypoglycemic effect and step-down analysis showed that the hypoglycemic effects of the treatment group and the antihypertensive effect were significantly better than those of the control group.No adverse reactions occrued before and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion The Chinese dialectical therapy can significantly improve clinical symptoms and medical indicators,in Western medicine indicators,it can reduce blood sugar,blood pressure,blood lipid.The Chinese dialectical therapy can improve the overall condition of patients,which is safe and effective,and has broad application prospects.
