Construction and application of dynamic quantitative assessment model of P.E.teacher's comprehensive quality

This paper proposes an overall plan for the systematic assessment,assessment reference indexes and assessment ways on the basis of the changes of the P.E.teachers' comprehensive quality.This paper also sets up the assessment standards and proposes calculation methods as well as illustrates the dynamic quantitative assessment model of P.E.teachers' comprehensive quality with the cases in Hunan Commercial College and the National Defense Science and Technology University.
