The invention discloses a semi-automatic rubber gasket assembling machine, and relates to the technical field of assembling machines. A material-discharging vibration disc is arranged on one side of a workbench. A material-taking rodless cylinder is installed on the workbench via an installing bracket and arranged on one side of the material-discharging vibration disc. The material-taking rodless cylinder is provided with a material-inserting cylinder. A piston rod of the material-inserting cylinder is provided with a conical material-inserting head. A clamping feeding push cylinder is installed on the workbench and arranged on one side of the material-taking rodless cylinder. The front end of the clamping feeding push cylinder is provided with a pneumatic finger which is provided with a rubber gasket clamp. One side of the rubber gasket clamp is provided with a quartering cam divider which is provided with a motor modeling and positioning tool. A discharging machine is manually placed and extracted, and clamping and installation of rubber gaskets can be automatically performed by equipment so that operation is convenient, time can be saved, clamping and installation are accurate and quality of the product is enhanced.
