The invention discloses a heart multi-plane reconstruction method. The method includes the following steps of firstly, inputting a three-dimensional image of the heart, and initially positioning the area where the heart is located; secondly, conducting detection to determine the key feature points, in the direction of a long axis, of the heart through a heart position detector according to the area where the heart is located, and obtaining the long axis of a traditional heart viewing angle according to the key feature points; thirdly, continuing detection to determine key feature points, in the direction of a first short axis, of the heart, and obtaining the first short axis of the traditional heart viewing angle according to the key feature points; fourthly, enabling the direction of the long axis and the direction of the first short axis to be orthogonal so as to obtain the direction of a second short axis; fifthly, converting the three-dimensional image of the heart into an image based on the long axis, the first short axis and the second short axis of the traditional heart viewing angle. According to the heart multi-plane reconstruction method, automatic heart multi-plane reconstruction is achieved by detecting the positions of the key feature points of the heart and determining the directions of the long axis and the short axes of the heart, the calculation amount is greatly reduced, and reconstruction time is greatly shortened.
