Space arrangement construction of 6 series RJ45 module socket wire spring

2008
The utility model discloses a spatial arrangement structure of the sixth category of RJ45 modular socket wire springs. The structure comprises eight spatially arranged wire springs; the wire springs extend along the pulling direction of RJ45 modular plugs and are then formed by bending upwards and backwards in sequence; every four wire springs are arranged in a group; two groups of wire springs are arranged in a staggered manner upwards, downwards, forwards and backwards. In the four wire springs of the lower group, the leftmost wire spring (1) is slightly away from the other three wire springs (2, 3, 4), and the two middle wire springs (2, 3) are partially close to each other in the middle parts; in the four wire spring of the upper group, the rightmost wire spring (8) are slightly away from the other three wire springs (5, 6, 7), and the two middle wire springs (6, 7) are partially close to each other in the middle parts. The arrangement structure is more scientific, enables the parameters of electric property of the front end of the RJ45 socket to be more reasonable, and effectively reduces adverse impacts such as the overhearing interference between wire pairs, so that the property transmission indexes set forth in the international standard for connecting hardware of the sixth category and above, the structure is economical and practical, and the difficulty of production and assembly is low.
